Derrick Carrigan was project manager for my complete upstairs house renovation. This was a very large job, running from Jan 2 all the way into early June. During construction, my wife and I were rarely there, leaving all the decisions to Derrick. He had to make decisions and act on our behalf on all fronts, vendors, suppliers, the interior decorator, etc. We're not in the construction business, but we certainly know high standards and quality when we see it. Derrick saved us countless hours and phone calls by making the decisions for us, since we were remote and not in a position to deal with these things, nor do we know the best solutions for any given challenge. Derrick and his crew do, and they were all great choices. The few times we did come and stay at the house you could always set your watch by Derrick and his team showing up at 6:30 in the am for the backs and elbows to be swinging by 7:00 am sharp, always got full days of work, and again, high quality. In fact, I would say no one holds Derrick and his team to a higher standard than Derrick himself. As you can imagine a job of this size gutting the entire upstairs to the studs floor to ceilings, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, living room, dining room, hot tub room, and of course some requested scope creep downs stairs as well. If I ever need construction again, there is no other choice for me.
